1. Nature of Service

Rivo is a digital platform that provides users with access to communication services such as audio and video calls using virtual coins. All services are delivered digitally and no physical goods are shipped.

2. No Return Policy

Since Rivo offers digital services, there are no physical products to return. Therefore, return requests are not applicable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

- If a payment has been deducted but coins were not credited to the user account.

- If a transaction fails but the amount is debited.

- In case of any technical error from our system resulting in incorrect billing.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

- Coins already used for calls or services.

- Accidental purchases made by the user.

- Dissatisfaction with services after usage.

- Delay caused due to network or third-party service providers.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, users must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with the following details:

- Registered mobile number/email

- Transaction ID

- Description of the issue

6. Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

7. Fraud Prevention

Rivo reserves the right to reject refund requests if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
